Positive Workplace Program
Building a culture of wellness
Your employees are your most valuable assets. These are the people who will ultimately determine the success or failure of your company. Supporting your workforce to be their very best at work is the first step in creating the perfect environment for future growth – individually and as a company.
Australian organisations are increasingly aware that the workplace, and the very nature of modern work, causes stress. In fact, stress has been rated as the number one workforce health risk issue.
For both staff wellness and the business’s bottom line, it’s never been more important for employers to recognise work-related stress and mental wellbeing as a significant health and safety issue.
That’s why we exist – to help infuse wellbeing into the heart of your organisation. Our adaptable program includes comprehensive mental health services through an Employee Assistance Program, resilience-building education and training to build resilience, healthy lifestyle and team-building programs. Together, your tailored Positive Workplace Program (PWP), becomes a game-changing workplace program shaped to your organisation’s unique wellbeing needs.
Your PWP, Your Way
APMHA does not charge a retainer. Rather, your PWP starts with a comprehensive Workplace Health check and assessment that proactively identifies emerging issues before they become entrenched problems.
Highly adaptable to contexts, client budgets and timeframes, your PWP Health Check report and recommended PWP will incorporate best-practice and evidence-based solutions covering preventive and proactive interventions to detect, identify and resolve workplace and personal problems that may adversely affect performance and wellbeing.
From there, we shape our mental health services, workshops, training and resources int into a right-fit program to rapidly improve organisational wellbeing.
