Positive Workplace Program (PWP)
Building a culture of wellness
At APMHA, we believe your employees are your most valuable asset. These are the people who will ultimately determine the success or failure of your company. Supporting your workforce to be their very best at work is the first step in creating the perfect environment for future growth individually and as a company.
We have developed the Positive Workplace Program (PWP) to help Executive Teams to infuse wellbeing into the heart of your organisation. We do this by enabling each and every person to operate at their fullest potential. After all, every problem contains the seed of its own solution. By empowering people to help themselves, you build a happy, healthy workforce. When you unlock human potential, powerful business outcomes follow.
Our adaptable program covers resilience-building education and training relating to the importance of healthy eating, positive lifestyle choices and exercise, team-building programs, and comprehensive mental health support services. Together, it becomes a game-changing workplace program shaped to your organisation’s unique wellbeing needs.
This is why creating a mentally healthy workplace can be so important.
We all know how difficult it is to achieve our best work and cope with everyday life when we’re going through a tough time.
What we offer
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
A valuable series of services that includes training, counselling and critical incident and wellbeing support. We connect employees to mental health support delivered by psychologists, mental health nurses, mental health occupational therapists and mental health social workers. Investing in EAP is investing in workplace culture and your employees.
How it works
Once your organisation has connected with APMHA, give us a call to set up your first appointment. We will let you know how many support sessions are availble to you based on your organisation. You will be connected and begin working with your APMHA clinician at a time that suits you and let them know if further support is needed. They will guide you through other support pathways and services available.
Our contact details can be found on the Get in Touch page.
Our Difference
APMHA does not charge a retainer. Instead, we start with a comprehensive Workplace Health Check & Assessment that identifies what other services and reosurces are needed. We are geared towards small to medium sized businesses who want to pay for the services they will actually use.
With our multidisciplinary approach, the PWP and EAP programs are highly adaptable to your budgets and timeframes, incorporating best-practice and evidence-based solutions which include preventive and proactive interventions to detect, identify and resolve workplace or personal problems. We shape mental health services, workshops, training and resources into a customisable program to rapidly improve organisational wellbeing.
