Charles is a certified practicing accountant with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management for both profit and non-for-profit sectors. He brings significant depth of financial knowledge and skills to APMHA HealthCare, ensuring robust financial oversight. As the Company Accountant for APMHA HealthCare, Charles’ eye for detail ensures all program budgets and company funds are managed appropriately, while also providing advice/support to staff around wages.
Zac has a background in small business management and finance, running a successful coffee business alongside his work with APMHA HealthCare. He also has experience in IT Support and assists all APMHA HealthCare staff with navigating required systems and platforms, including security requirements. Zac has continued to expand his knowledge and skills in financial administration and currently administers all contract payments, staff payroll and financial bookkeeping for APMHA HealthCare.
Monique brings valuable experience in quality systems, compliance, and accreditation to her role as Quality & Compliance Manager at APMHA. With a background in education, she began her journey in APMHA’s intake team before moving into Education and Marketing. Her focus on systems and process improvement led her into corporate contracting and compliance. As the Quality Manager, Monique has played a key role in leading APMHA’s last three ISO 9001 accreditations, demonstrating her proficiency in quality management systems and continuous improvement practices. She holds a Diploma of Quality Auditing, covering ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and ISO 45001 (Work Health & Safety). Monique is also highly skilled in managing Folio — a platform for contracts, risk, and compliance management — which she uses to implement robust workflows, audits, incident reporting, and performance tracking. Her hands-on experience and technical knowledge continue to support APMHA’s commitment to high standards, regulatory compliance, and organisation-wide improvement.
Sondrelle is a Generalist Counsellor with an extensive background in education and has been involved in the positive development of children, parents, and caregivers with traumatic and diverse backgrounds. Sondrelle has delivered programs to Indigenous families, along with drug and alcohol affected families, with safe and supportive environments to develop self-worth, balance, and belonging. She has lived experience of mental health and has adapted her lifestyle to promote her own wellbeing. Sondrelle has completed her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Diploma of Counselling, IAR Training, Triple A First Aid, ATSI Mental Health, Bio-psycho-social Training, Certificate in Art Therapy, Suicide Prevention Training, ACT for Beginners, LGBTQ+ Awareness, Multicultural Training, and The Nature and Treatment of Posttraumatic Nightmares.
Brooke combines her passion for mental wellbeing and her strong administration skills to support the Intake and Allocations team, processing referrals for APMHA Services. Brooke has a diverse background in business administration and a Bachelor of Social Science (majoring Behaviour). In addition, Brooke has worked in various roles within the mental health and wellbeing field, including community support work for a crisis relief centre and multiple project roles.
Tay is a apart of APMHA's Intake and Allocations Team, processing referrals for all APMHA Services. Tay has a Diploma in Community Services and Bachelor of Youth Work, with experience supporting young people in educational settings and community youth centres.
Roslyn joined the APMHA team as our Consumer Lead in May 2023. After being stuck in the grips of severe crippling Mental Illness for many years, she finally found a professional who listened and worked with her to bring peace and hope to her life. This long journey has led to her being as a passionate advocate for person-centred therapy and this is what attracted her to APMHA. Roslyn worked as a pharmacist for over 40 years and conducted Home Medicine Reviews for over 20 years always adopting a holistic approach believing wellness was dependant on much more than medication. She received the Victorian Pharmacist’s Medal in 2018 in recognition of this. She believes that a connected community promotes good mental health and teaches Mental Health First Aid in the local Shire on a Voluntary Basis. She is also a Member of the Mitchell Suicide Prevention Network, The Goulburn Mental Health Advisory committee and is the Lived Experience representative on the Interim Hume Mental Health and Wellbeing Body. In 2023 she was received the RWAV Consumer Advocate Award.
Paul Darley is a Social Worker in APMHA's Older Minds Mental Health Service in North West Melbourne. Paul has over 15 years of experience working in community mental health and homelessness in the psychosocial recovery space including mentoring and coaching staff and has specific interests in vulnerable minority communities. Paul is a proud member of the LGBTIQA+ community and is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
Kerry is a registered nurse with 40 years experience working in the mental health sector for the past 20 years. Kerry has worked in a variety of diverse roles including; case management and coordination of complex clients, working within crisis assessment teams, management roles in recovery rehabilitation services, counselling roles at Headspace and providing clinical service provision and working closely with GP’s within the primary mental health area. Her work within primary care began with working in Division’s of GP’s in Wangaratta and Wodonga, Medicare Locals.
Georgia holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) from RMIT and a Graduate Certificate in Youth Mental Health from the University of Melbourne. She is currently pursuing her Mental Health Accreditation. Georgia’s practice background includes various roles that include supporting adults with complex mental health needs through case management, psychosocial support, counselling and hospital discharge planning, both in Australia and the UK. Additionally, she has delivered counselling to young people in school settings, using evidence-informed approaches to promote resilience and emotional well-being.
Hayley is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who provides counselling and support to adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges and life difficulties. She takes a holistic, strengths-based approach, empowering individuals to build resilience, manage stress, and work towards meaningful personal growth and wellbeing.
Marg has practiced as a registered general and Credentialled Mental Health Nurse for over 25 years. Marg has worked in a variety of roles including: Acute Inpatient units in Victoria and Queensland, Community Mental Health in Case Management, Acute Response Teams and Triage. Marg has a keen interest in Meditation and Mindfulness and how these practices benefit mental health and recovery by empowering clients with a sense of internal strength, resilience and peace.
