Camila is a psychologist with 15 years’ experience and a Credentialed Eating Disorders Clinician with the Australian and New Zealand Eating Disorders Academy (ANZAED). While Camila has extensive clinical experience supporting families and individuals with mental health challenges, she has a strong interest in supporting girls, women and families with eating difficulties and body image challenges. Camila also has experience working with clients with anxiety and post-natal depression. Her approach is gentle and effective, respecting all aspects of where the client finds themselves and fostering change for a better future.
Dori Wisniewski is a registered psychologist with extensive experience supporting both adults and children. She works with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and behaviour difficulties including ADHD. Dori uses evidence- based approaches and mindfulness to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth. She is a member of several professional psychological associations and is committed to providing a warm, supportive environment for her clients.
Geoff has been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over 13 years in various organisations. Geoff enjoys working with children and young people and is skilled in assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of psychiatric, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Geoff’s areas of interest include school refusal, exam anxiety, general anxiety, oppositional behaviour, gender related issues, depression, psychosis, family attachment issues, relationship issues, complex mental health and trauma-related emotional problems. Geoff is passionate about supporting everyday families with the challenges related to parenting and raising healthy happy kids.
Rebecca is a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting children and adults who have experienced trauma, violence, and abuse. She has a strong interest in working with parents, helping them understand how early experiences and trauma can shape relationships and parenting approaches. Using a range of trauma-informed, tailored strategies, she supports clients to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and the impacts of trauma on both mind and body. Rebecca also provides supervision and debriefing support to other professionals, bringing a thoughtful, reflective, and collaborative approach to her work.
Theresa is a warm and experienced psychologist, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Specializing in a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders, Theresa offers evidence-based treatments and therapeutic techniques to promote healing and growth. She takes a patient-centred approach, offering personalised care tailored to each client’s needs. Theresa works collaboratively to create a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel heard and understood. She offers both short- and long-term therapy, helping clients build resilience and improve their mental wellbeing.
Agnes is a clinical psychologist who offers therapy in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. She provides a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach for adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Agnes integrates a range of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and attachment-informed therapy, creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Margy Green is a Mental Health Social Worker and Clinical Family Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience across government and non-government sectors, including forensic mental health, child and adolescent mental health, family therapy, and youth services. She has extensive experience supporting children, young people, and families navigating complex social and emotional challenges. Margy takes a collaborative and family-focused approach, with a strong interest in strengthening relationships, parenting support, and trauma-informed care. She facilitates evidence-based parenting programs and continues to contribute to the sector through advisory and leadership roles across family therapy, domestic and family violence, and mental health services.
Daniel is a qualified Counsellor and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who focuses on cognition, interpersonal awareness, emotional processing, and individual strengths to support meaningful and lasting change. He has extensive experience across government and non-government settings, providing clinical and psychological support. Daniel works across a broad range of areas, including addiction, adolescence, trauma-informed care and recovery, family and relationship issues, mental health, disability, men’s behaviour change, and domestic and family violence.
Adam Rice is a Credentialed Mental Health Clinician and the founder of AJR Counselling, Coaching & Consulting, based on the Central Coast and in Sydney. With over two decades of experience in nursing, psychotherapy, and mental health care, Adam brings a compassionate and evidence-based approach to supporting individuals, families, and children facing a wide range of challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Graduate Certificate in Emergency, and a Master’s in Health Science with a focus on Drug & Alcohol. Adam’s practice is inclusive and trauma-informed, offering flexible, client-centred services both in-person and online.
