She uses a person-centred approach, creating a safe and supportive space for adults and adolescents to explore challenges such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health concerns. Holly works collaboratively to build on clients’ strengths, develop insight, and strengthen coping strategies.
Geoff has been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over 13 years in various organisations. Geoff enjoys working with children and young people and is skilled in assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of psychiatric, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Geoff’s areas of interest include school refusal, exam anxiety, general anxiety, oppositional behaviour, gender related issues, depression, psychosis, family attachment issues, relationship issues, complex mental health and trauma-related emotional problems. Geoff is passionate about supporting everyday families with the challenges related to parenting and raising healthy happy kids.
Calum Johal is an experienced Mental Health Social Worker with over 10 years of experience across public services in Australia and the UK.. He provides therapeutic support for individuals seeking growth in emotional, relational, and personal areas, using a range of modalities while focusing on each person’s strengths rather than viewing them as problems to be solved. Calum’s approach explores patterns that keep people feeling stuck, offering honest, open, and gently challenging conversations to support meaningful change. He values authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and offers a no-pressure space to determine whether his approach is the right fit.
Amy is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in both public and private settings. She supports adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, helping them gain deeper self-understanding, reduce distress, and build more meaningful lives and relationships. Amy provides a safe, non-judgemental, and collaborative space tailored to each client’s needs. She has a strong clinical interest in the interplay between trauma, mental health, and physical health. Amy supports clients in processing trauma, building resilience, and developing healthier coping strategies. She works with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, chronic pain, grief and bereavement, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and parenting challenges. Rebecca is a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting children and adults who have experienced trauma, violence, and abuse. She has a strong interest in working with parents, helping them understand how early experiences and trauma can shape relationships and parenting approaches. Using a range of trauma-informed, tailored strategies, she supports clients to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and the impacts of trauma on both mind and body. Rebecca also provides supervision and debriefing support to other professionals, bringing a thoughtful, reflective, and collaborative approach to her work.
Eric Rangel Oliveira is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with experience across the mental health, alcohol and other drug, and disability sectors in both public and private settings. He supports young people, adults, and families experiencing challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, chronic health adjustment, and low self-esteem. Eric takes a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally responsive approach, with a strong commitment to providing inclusive and LGBTIQA+ informed care. He works collaboratively with clients to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that promotes empowerment, resilience, and meaningful change, and provides support in both English and Portuguese.
Eliza is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with extensive experience across therapeutic practice, acute mental health, emergency care and long-term rehabilitation settings. She works from a trauma-informed, person-centred and recovery-oriented framework, supporting clients to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Schema Therapy, DBT, mindfulness and somatic therapies, Eliza works collaboratively with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns and major life transitions. She is passionate about helping people move beyond symptom management towards deeper healing through a safe, compassionate therapeutic relationship that recognises each person's strengths and capacity for growth. Eliza also provides clinical supervision and has a strong interest in mindfulness, embodiment and wellbeing, informed by her experience as a yoga teacher.
Margy Green is a Mental Health Social Worker and Clinical Family Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience across government and non-government sectors, including forensic mental health, child and adolescent mental health, family therapy, and youth services. She has extensive experience supporting children, young people, and families navigating complex social and emotional challenges. Margy takes a collaborative and family-focused approach, with a strong interest in strengthening relationships, parenting support, and trauma-informed care. She facilitates evidence-based parenting programs and continues to contribute to the sector through advisory and leadership roles across family therapy, domestic and family violence, and mental health services.
Renee has 40 years extensive experience in working with people across the age spectrum and also works with mild-moderate and more complex clients. Renee provides outreach, telehealth and face to face services.
