Michelle is a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with over 25 years experience. She holds qualifications in Psychology and Social Work, a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy, and is a trained EMDR practitioner. Michelle has broad experience supporting individuals and families through a range of life, parenting, and health challenges. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health and life transitions, including infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, and parent–infant attachment. Her collaborative, strengths-based approach fosters a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences.
Christine is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 30 years’ experience supporting adolescents, adults, older adults, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law, and takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to supporting clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and the impacts of domestic and family violence. Over 15 years in private practice, she has worked with individuals experiencing trauma, abuse, adjustment difficulties, and cultural transition. Christine also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin, and was awarded the 2023 Excellence in Allied Health Practice award by CESPHN.
Haete is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals impacted by complex life events including trauma and domestic and family violence. Her trauma-informed approach focuses on helping clients regain a sense of safety, empowerment, and control, while recognising the broader social justice factors that influence wellbeing. Drawing on somatic and narrative approaches, Haete tailors therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and stage of life. She works extensively with people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally safe, inclusive, and respectful practice across all stages of life.
Roshanak is a Registered Psychologist and practising psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience. She works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma (early and late onset), relationship difficulties, addictions, and life transitions. Roshanak provides both short- and long-term psychotherapy tailored to individual needs. She has undertaken advanced training in Self Psychology, Psychoanalytic and Jungian approaches, and integrates evidence-based therapies to suit each client. Roshanak is a provider under Medicare’s Better Access Scheme and PSS, and an accredited supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia. She speaks Dari and Farsi.
Patricia is a registered Psychologist with over 25 years of experience, holding a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy and a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychology. She works with adults and couples, supporting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Patricia takes a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, helping clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical strategies for change. With extensive experience in supervision and training, she offers therapy that is both supportive and gently challenging, empowering clients to better understand themselves and navigate future challenges with confidence and independence.
Holly is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Masters of Counselling Social work and over 20 years of clinical experience across health, trauma, perinatal, and grief settings. She uses a person-centred approach, creating a safe and supportive space for adults and adolescents to explore challenges such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health concerns. Holly works collaboratively to build on clients’ strengths, develop insight, and strengthen coping strategies.
Geoff has been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over 13 years in various organisations. Geoff enjoys working with children and young people and is skilled in assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of psychiatric, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Geoff’s areas of interest include school refusal, exam anxiety, general anxiety, oppositional behaviour, gender related issues, depression, psychosis, family attachment issues, relationship issues, complex mental health and trauma-related emotional problems. Geoff is passionate about supporting everyday families with the challenges related to parenting and raising healthy happy kids.
Theresa is a warm and experienced psychologist, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Specializing in a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders, Theresa offers evidence-based treatments and therapeutic techniques to promote healing and growth. She takes a patient-centred approach, offering personalised care tailored to each client’s needs. Theresa works collaboratively to create a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel heard and understood. She offers both short- and long-term therapy, helping clients build resilience and improve their mental wellbeing.
Agnes is a clinical psychologist who offers therapy in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. She provides a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach for adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Agnes integrates a range of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and attachment-informed therapy, creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Daniel is a qualified Counsellor and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who focuses on cognition, interpersonal awareness, emotional processing, and individual strengths to support meaningful and lasting change. He has extensive experience across government and non-government settings, providing clinical and psychological support. Daniel works across a broad range of areas, including addiction, adolescence, trauma-informed care and recovery, family and relationship issues, mental health, disability, men’s behaviour change, and domestic and family violence.
