Michelle is a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with over 25 years experience. She holds qualifications in Psychology and Social Work, a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy, and is a trained EMDR practitioner. Michelle has broad experience supporting individuals and families through a range of life, parenting, and health challenges. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health and life transitions, including infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, and parent–infant attachment. Her collaborative, strengths-based approach fosters a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences.
Christine is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 30 years’ experience supporting adolescents, adults, older adults, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law, and takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to supporting clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and the impacts of domestic and family violence. Over 15 years in private practice, she has worked with individuals experiencing trauma, abuse, adjustment difficulties, and cultural transition. Christine also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin, and was awarded the 2023 Excellence in Allied Health Practice award by CESPHN.
Rebecca is a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting children and adults who have experienced trauma, violence, and abuse. She has a strong interest in working with parents, helping them understand how early experiences and trauma can shape relationships and parenting approaches. Using a range of trauma-informed, tailored strategies, she supports clients to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and the impacts of trauma on both mind and body. Rebecca also provides supervision and debriefing support to other professionals, bringing a thoughtful, reflective, and collaborative approach to her work.
Daniel is a qualified Counsellor and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who focuses on cognition, interpersonal awareness, emotional processing, and individual strengths to support meaningful and lasting change. He has extensive experience across government and non-government settings, providing clinical and psychological support. Daniel works across a broad range of areas, including addiction, adolescence, trauma-informed care and recovery, family and relationship issues, mental health, disability, men’s behaviour change, and domestic and family violence.
Adam Rice is a Credentialed Mental Health Clinician and the founder of AJR Counselling, Coaching & Consulting, based on the Central Coast and in Sydney. With over two decades of experience in nursing, psychotherapy, and mental health care, Adam brings a compassionate and evidence-based approach to supporting individuals, families, and children facing a wide range of challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Graduate Certificate in Emergency, and a Master’s in Health Science with a focus on Drug & Alcohol. Adam’s practice is inclusive and trauma-informed, offering flexible, client-centred services both in-person and online.
Sondrelle is a Generalist Counsellor with an extensive background in education and has been involved in the positive development of children, parents, and caregivers with traumatic and diverse backgrounds. Sondrelle has delivered programs to Indigenous families, along with drug and alcohol affected families, with safe and supportive environments to develop self-worth, balance, and belonging. She has lived experience of mental health and has adapted her lifestyle to promote her own wellbeing. Sondrelle has completed her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Diploma of Counselling, IAR Training, Triple A First Aid, ATSI Mental Health, Bio-psycho-social Training, Certificate in Art Therapy, Suicide Prevention Training, ACT for Beginners, LGBTQ+ Awareness, Multicultural Training, and The Nature and Treatment of Posttraumatic Nightmares.
