General Psychologist - CESPHN Region

Roshanak is a Registered Psychologist and practising psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience. She works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma (early and late onset), relationship difficulties, addictions, and life transitions. Roshanak provides both short- and long-term psychotherapy tailored to individual needs. She has undertaken advanced training in Self Psychology, Psychoanalytic and Jungian approaches, and integrates evidence-based therapies to suit each client. Roshanak is a provider under Medicare’s Better Access Scheme and PSS, and an accredited supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia. She speaks Dari and Farsi.

Patricia takes a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, helping clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical strategies for change. With extensive experience in supervision and training, she offers therapy that is both supportive and gently challenging, empowering clients to better understand themselves and navigate future challenges with confidence and independence.
