Patricia is a registered Psychologist with over 25 years of experience, holding a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy and a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychology. She works with adults and couples, supporting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Patricia takes a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, helping clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical strategies for change. With extensive experience in supervision and training, she offers therapy that is both supportive and gently challenging, empowering clients to better understand themselves and navigate future challenges with confidence and independence.
