Michelle has broad experience supporting individuals and families through a range of life, parenting, and health challenges. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health and life transitions, including infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, and parent–infant attachment. Her collaborative, strengths-based approach fosters a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences.
Anthony Colantuono is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Medicare provider who offers person-centred, confidential counselling for adults, adolescents, and children in Miranda and via secure telehealth. His warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach supports clients in working through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life’s challenges. Drawing on therapies such as EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, he focuses on building resilience through authentic, compassionate care.
Calum Johal is an experienced Mental Health Social Worker with over 10 years of experience across public services in Australia and the UK.. He provides therapeutic support for individuals seeking growth in emotional, relational, and personal areas, using a range of modalities while focusing on each person’s strengths rather than viewing them as problems to be solved. Calum’s approach explores patterns that keep people feeling stuck, offering honest, open, and gently challenging conversations to support meaningful change. He values authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and offers a no-pressure space to determine whether his approach is the right fit.
Margy Green is a Mental Health Social Worker and Clinical Family Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience across government and non-government sectors, including forensic mental health, child and adolescent mental health, family therapy, and youth services. She has extensive experience supporting children, young people, and families navigating complex social and emotional challenges. Margy takes a collaborative and family-focused approach, with a strong interest in strengthening relationships, parenting support, and trauma-informed care. She facilitates evidence-based parenting programs and continues to contribute to the sector through advisory and leadership roles across family therapy, domestic and family violence, and mental health services.
Renee has 40 years extensive experience in working with people across the age spectrum and also works with mild-moderate and more complex clients. Renee provides outreach, telehealth and face to face services.
Daniel is a qualified Counsellor and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who focuses on cognition, interpersonal awareness, emotional processing, and individual strengths to support meaningful and lasting change. He has extensive experience across government and non-government settings, providing clinical and psychological support. Daniel works across a broad range of areas, including addiction, adolescence, trauma-informed care and recovery, family and relationship issues, mental health, disability, men’s behaviour change, and domestic and family violence.
Trained in Focused ACT and accredited to administer the MIGDAS.
Adam Rice is a Credentialed Mental Health Clinician and the founder of AJR Counselling, Coaching & Consulting, based on the Central Coast and in Sydney. With over two decades of experience in nursing, psychotherapy, and mental health care, Adam brings a compassionate and evidence-based approach to supporting individuals, families, and children facing a wide range of challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Graduate Certificate in Emergency, and a Master’s in Health Science with a focus on Drug & Alcohol. Adam’s practice is inclusive and trauma-informed, offering flexible, client-centred services both in-person and online.
Daria is a counsellor/psychotherapist with over 50 years’ experience in executive and other roles in both General and Psychiatric Nursing, in both public and private hospitals in Sydney and London and also worked in Community Mental Health. Daria had worked in her private practice from 1990, then in 2012 upskilled as a CMHN. Daria is passionate about treating the whole person and believes strongly we need ongoing education and coaching as professionals no matter our experiences and includes this and her lived experience in her practice when opportunities arise.
