Haete is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals impacted by complex life events including trauma and domestic and family violence. Her trauma-informed approach focuses on helping clients regain a sense of safety, empowerment, and control, while recognising the broader social justice factors that influence wellbeing. Drawing on somatic and narrative approaches, Haete tailors therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and stage of life. She works extensively with people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally safe, inclusive, and respectful practice across all stages of life.
Yasamin Mansour is an experienced counsellor specialising in focused psychological interventions. She works collaboratively with clients to provide personalised, evidence-based support that reflects their unique needs and experiences. Yasamin takes a holistic approach, recognising the connection between physical and mental wellbeing. Her diverse therapeutic toolkit supports clients’ emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and holistic wellbeing, while addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Her work is grounded in humanistic principles, creating a warm, safe, and empowering space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported.
Holly is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Masters of Counselling Social work and over 20 years of clinical experience across health, trauma, perinatal, and grief settings. She uses a person-centred approach, creating a safe and supportive space for adults and adolescents to explore challenges such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health concerns. Holly works collaboratively to build on clients’ strengths, develop insight, and strengthen coping strategies.
Geoff has been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over 13 years in various organisations. Geoff enjoys working with children and young people and is skilled in assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of psychiatric, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Geoff’s areas of interest include school refusal, exam anxiety, general anxiety, oppositional behaviour, gender related issues, depression, psychosis, family attachment issues, relationship issues, complex mental health and trauma-related emotional problems. Geoff is passionate about supporting everyday families with the challenges related to parenting and raising healthy happy kids.
Eliza is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with extensive experience across therapeutic practice, acute mental health, emergency care and long-term rehabilitation settings. She works from a trauma-informed, person-centred and recovery-oriented framework, supporting clients to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Schema Therapy, DBT, mindfulness and somatic therapies, Eliza works collaboratively with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns and major life transitions. She is passionate about helping people move beyond symptom management towards deeper healing through a safe, compassionate therapeutic relationship that recognises each person's strengths and capacity for growth. Eliza also provides clinical supervision and has a strong interest in mindfulness, embodiment and wellbeing, informed by her experience as a yoga teacher.
Daniel is a qualified Counsellor and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who focuses on cognition, interpersonal awareness, emotional processing, and individual strengths to support meaningful and lasting change. He has extensive experience across government and non-government settings, providing clinical and psychological support. Daniel works across a broad range of areas, including addiction, adolescence, trauma-informed care and recovery, family and relationship issues, mental health, disability, men’s behaviour change, and domestic and family violence.
Roula is a Psychologist who works in Sydney with young adults, helping them understand their experiences, identify and solve problems, and hopefully gain a greater sense of fulfilment in life. Roula has 18 years of counsellor experience working in both the public and private health sectors. She has also worked as a Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA and as a Uniformed Psychologist with the Royal Australian Navy Reserve. Roula aims to create a safe space for her clients and values the important role the community, the family, spirituality and Country play in individual wellbeing.
