Sarah is an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist, who was trained in The Conversational Model through the University of Sydney Medical School. It is a highly effective modality which can be used short term or long term for a range of issues. Sarah works in a trauma informed way, providing emotional safety, empathy, choice and control for her clients. She has a particular interest in helping people to heal from trauma and oppression using talk therapy, EMDR, relaxation, mindfulness and somatic approaches to soothe and settle the nervous system. Sarah is also a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse with 15 years experience in a wide variety of settings in Sydney and Melbourne.
